Blueberry Frangipane Tarts
These frangipane tarts combine a sweet almond flavour with the delicious tang of whole blueberries, finished off with an apricot glaze. A firm favourite at markets, these are perfect with a dollop of clotted cream, and taste even better warmed up in the oven.
Our brownies are made with rich Belgian Chocolate and whole blueberries. They are gooey and juicy, and sharing is not recommended.

Baked using a simple recipe of Devon butter, Devon eggs, flour, sugar lemon zest and blueberries; our muffins are practically one of your five a day.
These muffins have also previously won a Silver medal in the Taste of the West awards.
